The backrest can be adjusted to seven positions, from -10 decline to a 75-degree incline in 10-degree increments. The seat pad offers three positions from flat up to 30-degree incline in increments of 15 degrees. A knurled handle and two adjustment knobs are secure to grip and easy to operate. Select our unique PUR cushions for a modern aesthetic or Skai cushions for a more traditional look and feel. Rubber feet and end caps protect gym floors and keep the bench securely in place. Bolt down holes can be used for added stability.
